Main role: Establish, maintain and facilitate technical and general project cooperation between the Hungarian and the Chinese project groups.
About us: We are a traditional Hungarian bus developer and manufacturer, with more than a century old history, focusing currently on e-mobility. We established a joint venture, with a Chinese vehicle manufacturing partner, where the major stakeholder is the Hungarian company. The Hungarian headcount is 250 ppl. The Chinese corporation is a state owned vehicle/machinery manufacturing holding, with thousands of employees.
Requirements: - Min 2 years of experience in technical field working with electrical buses
- Computer skills on user level
- Understanding CAD software drawings (2D, 3D drawings, electrical and mechanical)
- Technical engineering degree BSC or MSC (electrical, mechanical, vehicle, mechatronics)
- Written and spoken chinese and english language knowledge, at least intermediate level
- Project management skills
- High level analytical problem solving skills
- High level flexibility and availability

Job description: - Discuss requirements and technical specifications with the cooperating partners. Create supporting documentation (i.e. technical description, schematics)
- International project management with the cooperating partners, including development, manufacturing and shipping phase of the projects.
- Project planning and project execution tracking, on site by the development/manufacturing partner site. Monitor and report on the status of orders, shipments, and any potential delays.
- Execution and quality control of the development and manufacturing process, on site by the development/manufacturing partner site. Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing processes at the supplier site.
- Participate and carry out end of line and pre-delivery inspection checks. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions in collaboration with both the supplier and internal quality control teams.
- Aftersales technical support and claim management, representing the interests of the employer. Collaborate with the technical support teams of the supplier to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for clients and supplier teams.
- Main language for written and spoken communication with employer is english.
